PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical therapy (PT) uses hands on techniques and corrective, therapeutic exercise to address a variety of musculoskeletal problems.
A course of PT begins with a detailed biomechanical evaluation which identifies the problem areas in your body. From this evaluation, Todd, Sara, or Jen can plan the specific course of treatment to best resolve your problem.
Integrative Therapeutics delivers physical therapy following the “family rule”: treat each client like you would treat a member of your own family. Each session is one-on-one; you will always have the exclusive, undivided attention of your therapist. Each visit lasts approximately 45 minutes to allow for complete treatment sessions that are never rushed.
We commonly see clients with:
back and neck pain
sprains and strains
shoulder tendonitis and bursitis
ankle sprains
knee pain
plantar faciitis
tennis and golfer’s elbow
pain in the shoulder blade region
weakness or decreased endurance
