Physical Therapy

volleyball_anatomyPhysical therapy uses hands on techniques and corrective, therapeutic exercise to address a variety of musculoskeletal problems.  All care is performed by either Todd Forman, PT, DPT or Sara Hinteregger, MSPT.  Todd and Sara have over 50 years of combined  clinical experience and both are recognized authorities in orthopedic rehabilitation.
Physical therapy begins with a detailed biomechanical evaluation which identifies the problem areas in your body.  From this evaluation, Todd or Sara can plan the specific course of treatment to best resolve your problem.

Integrative Therapeutics delivers physical therapy following the “family rule”: treat each client like you would treat a member of your own family.  Each session is one-on-one;  you will always have the exclusive, undivided attention of your therapist.  Each visit lasts approximately 45 minutes to allow for complete treatment sessions that are never rushed.

Todd and Sara  commonly see clients with:

  • back and neck pain
  • sprains and strains
  • shoulder tendonitis and bursitis
  • ankle sprains
  • knee pain
  • plantar faciitis
  • tennis and golfer’s elbow
  • pain in the shoulder blade region
  • weakness or decreased endurance
